Sharing the cognitive load

It's an article for online game facilitators and how they can structure the social aspects of a game session: how to discuss the game, bring in safety tools and eventually how to share the roles which usually all seem to automatically fall into the facilitator's lap with other players. I provide a template I created for your convenience. The final paragraphs are dedicated to how to end a sessions, namely how to do a debrief - and finally why debriefing and feedback are so hard to separate from each but should be separate.

Demokratie im Unternehmen: Participation as a Service

Nicht nur die Politik setzt immer mehr auf die digitale Einbindung von BürgerInnen. Auch Verwaltung, Organisationen und Unternehmen wollen das Potenzial von Partizipation nutzen. Durch die qualitative Einbindung von MitarbeiterInnen durch
Mitbestimmung werden Ressourcen optimal genutzt und dynamische  Kommunikationsstrukturen gescha ffen. Mitbestimmungwird deshalb nicht nur als Faktor für die Zufriedenheit der MitarbeiterInnen angesehen, sondern gilt als entscheidender
Wettbewerbsvorteil und Indikator für die Zukun sfähigkeit von Unternehmen.

So heißt es im Eingangs-Statement unseres Forschungsprojekts 'PaaS - Participation as a Service'. Im Weiteren will ich ein bisschen ausholen, was wir vorhaben und was meine Firma und ich dazu gedenken beizutragen.Knapp und hübsch formattiert kann man es auch direkt im Presse-One-Pager haben.
